Plumbase Crowned Heating and Plumbing Merchant of the Year

Plumbase has won the Heating and Plumbing Merchant of the Year award at the Builders Merchants Awards for Excellence 2015.

Actor and comedian Tim Vine presented Plumbase with the award at a glittering ceremony at the Lancaster London Hotel.  

Plumbase was up against finalists Sussex Plumbing Supplies and Graham Plumbers’ Merchant in the Heating and Plumbing Merchant of the Year category, which recognises and rewards the merchant that has excelled in all areas of its business over the past year.

Plumbase has remained customer focused, moulding the business around their needs and delivering continued growth in a declining market, resulting in the resounding success of new initiatives, branch developments and product trials in 2015.

The judges commended Plumbase for having a clear vision of what it wanted to achieve which was very customer focused and gave clear and measurable results.
